Cats Being Annoying Little Loveable Hellions (Facebook Posts)

What is the one thing that your cat does that never fails to mildly annoy you? Only first thing that comes to your head, because we can think of about twenty seven things that our cats do to annoy us in about thirty seconds. We love them, yes, it's true. We would do anything for them to make them happy, but my goodness, they are such little demons sometimes.

There are things that they do that annoy us that we feel absolutely have to be intentional. There is no way that they are not. There are only so many times that my cat will come sit on my face in the middle of the night and I wake up to scold it until I start thinking that the little hellion is doing it on purpose.

    Okay, but that is ridiculously cute though. Like yes, this is not the best habit to facilitate, considering that when it's bigger, if it continues to do this, it might literally suffocate you in the middle of the night, but omgggggg your little kitty passing out on your face in the middle of the night after giving you a loving headbutt? Consider us heckin' smitten.

    They are so much smarter than we give them credit for sometimes. I swear, mine knows exactly how to wake me up and adjusts the way he does is whenever his previous method stops working. Well, some of them are smart like that, the others are just dumballs who like the sounds of stuffs.

The girls sometimes meow pathetically outside the bedroom when I first go to bed (although Loula wants mama at 3 a.m. sometimes and also jiggles the door knob then). When we used to let them in the bedroom when they were kittens, Freddie would get right up in my face and try to shove his whole face up my nose when I wouldn't get up. He has grown out of that I suppose but if I sleep on the couch he sleeps high up on chest almost on my face. Cats are weird

    Font - Sheila Broussard I love our cat, but he is full of mischief! He has pulled pins out of sewing projects, run off with mid-paint ttrpg models, thrown bags of crystals to the floor, and recently figured out how to open cabinets. We had to child-proof them. Just hope it works. He's also spat liquid medicine in my face and cheeked pills, but puts everything else under the sun in his mouth.     Font - Tammy Rost My demon waits until 2 or 3 am and slowly opens the kitchen cabinet doors a couple of inches, then let's go as they slam shut. Repeat until human attention. When he's mad at us he comes up with ways to punish us (for a few weeks he would steal and hide all the drain plug/stopper things from the sinks).     Font - Nicole Burns It's not difficult to get cats on the human sleeping schedule - whatever that is. Play with the cat unitl it is tired and then feed it right before the human(s) goes to bed - EVERY DAY. It follows a cat's daily rhythm. After hunting (play) and eating (their kill) they will bathe themselves and go to sleep. My cats sleep when I sleep over night, and wake up when I wake up.
